Recommended for age 13 and up. I would say 1 hour limit then 30 min break. Perhaps start with 15 to 20 minute sessions to see if there are any problems with dizziness or motion sickness depending on the game involved. Then increase the time gradually.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The system suggests taking a break every 30 minutes. I got tired pretty quickly, after less than 2 hours playing.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it depends on the individual. I usually take a break every 30 minutes or so just because the headset starts to feel uncomfortable after a while. It's not recommended for children under 13 years old.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is still emerging research on the effects of screen time on our eyes and minds. It is a good idea to take breaks for sure while using VR. In addition to eye strain, some VR experiences can cause motion sickness. The headset can also start to be uncomfortable on your forehead and cheek bones after long periods of play as the headset does have a bit of weight on the front of it. Check the recommendations of Oculus. Every 45 minutes to an hour at most. For motion sickness sensitive people the Oculus store rates applications from comfortable to intense to warm you that a game could potentially be uncomfortable.
