• All you need to do for set up is download the oculus quest app. Go to the App Store and search for the oculus app. It should be compatible with iPhone 6 and 10 just make sure you have IOS 10 or higher on the phone your using. Youll need to make sure the phone with the oculus app and the oculus quest are both on the same WiFi. It tells you all the steps. It’s a easy user friendly set up.

• You need the Oculus app on your phone only to set up the Quest, then everything is done directly through the Quest. If the app is available for your phone, that's all you need it for.
