• A:Answer Hi. The main reason it is refurbished is because Oculus no longer makes the quest 1. The refurbished quests are made to look like new though!

• A:Answer If you're OK with the 64gb model, it's in stock on Best Buy's website, refurbished. I bought one and I can't tell it from new. It was even sealed.

• A:Answer For the Quest models and the Go you do not need a PC, you just need to be on WiFi. The Rift models do require a PC. As for how you download games, there is a store for that on the headset itself.
