QuestionDuring the 15 years warranty period and after bestbuy 1 month return policy have ended and there is an issue with the juicer do i take it back to bestbuy or pay for it to be shipped back to omega?

- Answer Good morning, If you purchase from Best Buy it would be up to them if they charge a return shipping based on their return policy. if purchased through us and you would like to return it our return policy is that in order to receive a refund it must be returned within 30 day, after 30 days then the warranty takes care of any issues under normal use. - Answer In the beginning yes all pulp is removed and very dry. Recently, pulp from watermelon has been in the juice. I’ve had my juicer for about a year and a half

- Answer It seems the answer is yes. However the 30 day refund option has to be handled at the place you made the purchase not the main manufacturer if you fail to purchase direct. 15 for personal use - one year for commercial use .
