A:AnswerThank you for reaching out. Looking up the ESRI ArcGIS programs it looks like that would run easily on this computer. I also believe that you would have no issues running other graphics or coding applications on this PC. If you wanted to pump it up just a bit, I would add another 8GB of ram to make it 16GB.
A:AnswerHonestly, Windows Defender is enough as long as you're safe with your online activity. (Dont download weird stuff/nothing is free, etc.). If this is something that concerns you, I would recommend buying Bitdefender and running it on autopilot.
A:AnswerAs with all windows machines, you can download drivers to accommodate pretty much any controller with the right amount of patience. But I would recommend an Xbox or Steam controller as they work the most reliably.
Playstation controller drivers are always giving me trouble.
A:AnswerThank you for your question! There is not a dock in the traditional sense available for this model but you can use a port replicator or something like the HP Omen Accelerator!
A:AnswerIt really depends on the resolution of the displays. The ports on this computer really open you up to a lot of possibilities. I would comfortably say two monitors for a solid FPS experience. If you are mainly using multiple monitors for productivity you could go with more.

A:AnswerIf screen is meant for that type of laptop......sure. There are lots of articles explaining all that, and 'how-to' vids on u-tube. Would not recommend though as this will kill off any warranty you will have on it.
