A:AnswerYou can ship to India; if it is merchandise that will fit in an 8.625" x 5.375" x 1.625" USPS box it would probably cost, priority international mail, around $36, or if it requires a medium size box either 13.625" x 11.875" x 3.375" size or 11" x 8.6" x 5.5" it would cost about $76 to mail, as of 2019. A large box (also two different dimension sizes available) would cost about $98, all of these prices apply only IF the package is being shipped to a major India market; priority mail may be more costly or not available at all in more rural parts of India. Priority Mail International packages have expected delivery in 7-10 days from the U.S. to India (but there is always the possibility of delayed delivery as the package passes through customs). One must also check what restrictions a foreign country may place on items that can be shipped there. (France doesn't allow Americans or other foreigners to ship gold or silver coins to France for instance.) If using USPS or UPS visit their websites to find out how to learn if India allows the item you want to ship to enter its borders. First Class International package rates for mailing to foreign countries is an option for a good bit lower cost (usually only about half as much as priority shipping) BUT it might take several weeks for the package to reach its destination even though officially the USPS says 7-21 days (but makes no guarantees). Unless one is shipping a product to India that is a personal item or isn't available there, if you can find the item you want to ship listed online at Amazon India (www.amazon.in), and purchase via them (or other India online retailers) you would only be paying for India domestic shipping rather than international shipping rates. Note that U.S. banks increasingly decline credit card payments/transactions to foreign retailers that aren't well known to them, in which case PayPal, wire transfer or BitCoin are the only payment options for retailers you yourself trust. Although Amazon India lists many products, the one that interests you may not be available in India. However, U.S. Amazon.com and many other U.S. online may have it and be able to ship it directly to India (depending on the product, and again, India customs laws). That way you wouldn't pay first for Amazon, or other retailers to ship to you and then for you to ship to India. So consider visiting Amazon India or other India online merchants OR buying online in the U.S. and having Amazon or other reputable U.S. online retailers ship directly to India. They will know which of their products India won't allow in. If you've already purchased the item, nevermind. There are other package services besides UPS or the USPS but I don't know enough to write about them. UPS could be either higher OR lower than the USPS. There just are a lot of IF's.
A:AnswerOld question but I'll answer anyway. No, at least in stores. They tend to come, Omron, etc with a standard arm cuff only or standard plus x-large & only provide the opportunity to purchase the smaller 6-8" size for $19.99 (or as low as $13-$14 on Amazon). Some brands offer smaller cuffs for as little as $7-8. I tried NET searches for small arm, thin arm, 6-8" arm BP monitors & always landed on smaller cuffs sold w/o the monitor. One might email the various manufacturers & ask if they will sell direct to you a monitor /w 6-8" cuff instead of making you pay extra when you don't need the reg size and/or if they actually sell such a monitor but I didn't find it.
A:AnswerI was finally able to secure a "partial" answer regarding my concerns of the two different Omron 3 Series Model number BP710N shown in Best Buy's website ad--one having a grey or silver colored arm cuff versus this same model in the Best Buy ad showing a black arm cuff. I was told by Omron product support representatives that the Omron 3 Series model number BP710N with the grey or silver arm cuff is no longer being manufactured by them and, in addition, the grey or silver arm cuff is designed to accommodate arms with a 7" to 9" circumference. The black arm cuff; however, is made to accommodate arms baring a 9" to 17" circumference. I further inquired of Omron product support if "BOTH" of the arm cuffs have 50 sensors to better monitor heart health as the older models I was told had 10 sensors in the arm cuff and the answer I received was in the affirmative. I have another Omron 3 Series model number BP710N on the way which I purchased from Best Buy and I truly hope that it has the black arm cuff! It is my belief that the product ad needs to be updated.
