It is meant to be used on the upper arm. Theoretically, you can use it on the lower arm also, but make sure you elevate the lower arm to your heart level otherwise you will get falsely high readings (You will get lower readings if the location where the blood pressure is being measured is higher than your heart level). There is only one cuff size. So, if your arm circumference is more than 17 inches, this unit is not for you. Hope it helps. Best wishes.
