Q: QuestionHi, I was wondering if you you do free diagnostics? My 2015 Mac book Pro’s keyboard and tracking pad are not working. This had happened a year ago and was fixed by Ioutlet. They told me the 2015 Mac Book Pro’s are known to have this issue.

Q: QuestionDoes the best buy geek squad repair car amplifiers?? I have a sundown audio scv 4000 abd it worked before i took it out of my. Car maybe 2 weeks ago and its been sitting in a cupboard up high where no one has messed with it and now it doesn't.

Q: QuestionDoes one pay the fee for services upon completion OR after completion?

• A:Answer This is just like all others such as fiver.com, nimbleworks.net, computer assistant, etc... You pay upon completion of the project (after services performed). Wouldn't have it any other way either as this way you only pay when everything is done and verified working as intended!

Q: QuestionCan Geek Squad fix the blue screen problem: "PC ran into some problems and need to restart again". This happens after I tried to increase the font size of my folder pane in Outlook. Every time I restart I get this message. Send answer to cell phone.

• A:Answer I took my PC in and told them it has the Blue Screen of Death and they didn’t even plug it in. Then told me they can’t fix it and to take it to Microcenter. I then asked are you sure there’s nothing you can do? They replied “we can look at it for $200 but won’t be able to fix it just tell you what could be wrong with it” I was so surprised especially when talking to them they didn’t know what I was talking about and had to explain “BSOD” to them and what it was. I thought I was going to be dealing with workers who knew more about computers. It was like speaking a different language. The 2 workers I dealt with seemed like they had no experience with computers outside of Best Buy and only knew information about the products they sold, what you can read on the box, and whether or not something was in stock(nothing is in stock). Terrible experience. The lack of effort and motivation to problem solve was frustrating. I Won’t be going back ever again unless I’m paralyzed and can’t explain how to my 86 year old grandma how to see her new Roku up.

Q: QuestionMy iphone 7 plus wont turn on and i have tried charging it. When charging it makes a computer sound. I have tried the hard reset and charging it on a computer but it doesn't work. How can i know what is wrong with my phone and the cost of the fix?

Q: QuestionMy Laptop has been acting wierd lately, it won't boot up to the log in page. If it does when I try to log it it'll do a blue screen of death, when I turn it on it says it needs to be repaired but it won't let me reset it. Any tips on what to do, thanks!
