- Answer Yes, they will. Sadly, I never got ahold of them - left messages, but no live person to talk to! Tried twice and gave up! I had electrician install for a great price!

- Answer I was quoted as $69.99 installation price. However, I had a great deal of trouble scheduling my installation. TWICE they cancelled on me. I am now using my private electrician. I am very disappointed with their Geek Squad service related to this item.

- Answer No. You must have a hardwired doorbell and chime in working order. Doing consider the purchase then.

- Answer THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE RING DIRECTLY OVE MY EXISTING DOOR BELL. I READ THAT IT COULD BE ADJUSTED BY USING A SMALL WEDGE TO ANGLE IN UP OR DOWN.

- Answer No. You must have a wired doorbell that is in working order already. You also must have a wired analog or digital chime as well.

QuestionMy existing door bell is mounted on a brick wall. I would prefer to not drill new holes in the brick. Can I use an adhesive like 'Liquid Nails' instead?

- Answer I’m not sure about liquid nails... I used Best Buys “Geek squad” to install it non-electricallly outside of my gate, they drilled it to the wood streeps of my front gate and worked out real good!!
