Is it IP68 rated, or is that unique to T-Mobile stores? null

Unlocked version is not IP68 rated. BUT model hardware is exactly the same.

It's the same phone, they just didn't pay to have the official IP rating added to the unlocked variants.

Oneplus has an unwritten rule for the past five years or so that they make their smartphones as waterproof without the rating but the T-mobile variant is the only one with the "IP-68" official certification.

All versions of the OnePlus 10 Pro are built the same but OnePlus only pays for the IP68 stamp on Tmobile phones to save money. Tmobile requires this.

They are all dust and water resistant to keep the price of the phone now it just didn't get the company to rate it but it's built exactly the same as the T-Mobile version but T-Mobile paid for the ratings on their phones

The phone has water protection but no rating as it was most likely never paid for. But there are videos online of people dunking this phone and water and nothing happened. So it's safe to say it's water resistant but just doesn't have the rating.
