- Answer If you're asking if it will work on a "United States" cellular network it does work on quite a few. It supports ATT, Verizon, and TMobile networks in United States. If you are asking about the network provider "US Cellular", they do not have official certification but there is an APN online that you can add for it to fully function on US Cellular's network with one of their Sim Cards.

- Answer Warranty Claims are thru 2 possible Companies. If direct from One Plus may have to ship out. If from T mobile then may be able to go thru them . Still probably have to ship out.

QuestionBefore they pushed out the update for 12. You were able to disable and or uninstall apps that came installed from OnePlus. In the past I was able to stop and disable uninstall the apps, examples are all Google applications. Is that still available ?

- Answer I bought this phone and called T-Mobile/Sprint and the rep said it could not be activated on the network. The rep said it was not compatible. Weird because per the details on the site, it is unlocked for T-Mobile. I don’t know what went wrong.

- Answer this phone will not work with Sprint. Although they have merged with T-mobile, the switch is not finalized. therefore IMEI is NOT compatible with Sprint network. I have tried calling customer service and went to t-mobile store where I spoke with the manager, neither could do anything about it. This phone is NOT for Sprint network.
