You can WiFi call yes. Group texting is also a yes; even with iPhone users thanks to the stock messaging app being Google Messages - Google Messages uses technology called RCS (Rich Communication Services), it works similarly to iMessages for iPhone users when they message between themselves. RCS breaks Android/iOS barrier and allows you to do group messages, send photos, and even large video files as though you were sending a simple text message. I believe it works with AT&T as well, assuming it's an unlocked device that is not specific to any particular carrier.

However, be aware that encrypted RCS does not work if the group includes iPhone users. iOS is still lagging with encrypted RCS with Android. I cannot comment on AT&T network.
