- Answer It is Sprint only. Sprint can unlock the phone after 50 days if it's paid off.

- Answer The Sprint version is intended to only work on the US Sprint network. You'll need to contact Sprint to see if they will unlock it to work on other networks. Also the Sprint version does not get the same release cycle for updates. If recommend the unlocked version, unless you are a Sprint customer

QuestionAfter the 24 month lease is up, at that point is the phone paid off and mine? Or do you have to pay the rest at that time, the monthly discount amount sum that you had removed monthly?

- Answer If it's a lease you have to pay the difference or trade to a new phone. However when I got this phone at Best Buy they had a promotion where I signed a two year contract and I own the phone after 2 years for the same cost as the lease.

Questionhave sprint account, trying to signup for the $20/mo for 24 month deal. When i get to the final step and review the lease agreement, the lease agreement does not list the monthly bill credits. it only shows $35/mo and the full price of the phone

- Answer You might need to go into the Best Buy store to have them look at your plan. Not all Sprint Plans include 5G service. Only 5G plans are eligible for the bill credit. In my case, my older plan (3 years old) included 5G. Sprint's current basic unlimited doesn't include 5G. I'm expecting my first bill credit next month after 2 months of ownership.

- Answer You need to be on the Sprint Unlimited Plus or Premium plan in order to purchase this. I had to switch from the Basic plan for an extra $10 per month. Once I switched, it had no problem adding to my cart, but I ended up ordering it from the store. I've been a Sprint customer for 6+ and got it for the $20 per month (after $15 bill credit).
