QuestionI was trying to adjust the vocals under the tone controls from the front of the unit but I found out from the manuel that this feature is only available when certain inputs are used. Does anyone know what inputs have to be used to mess with this feature?

- Answer Actually I found out that you just have to use the surround sound modes such as the dolby 5.1 mode in order to fully adjust all the tone controls. It wont work if you just have the stereo sound mode on.

QuestionI have Bose Surround sound speakers with sub-woofer. Will this receiver power the sub- woofer or do I need an amplifier? Thanks

- Answer I’m using mine to power surround sound in a bedroom, no sub woofer so I’m not sure if it would work or not. The receiver is working great, excellent quality, easy to install.

- Answer On the remote, there's a button called Quick Menu. Under that you'll find a menu item called Level. Per the user guide, this is what you can do with Level: Level Front: Adjust the speaker level of the front speaker while listening to the sound. Center: Adjust the speaker level of the center speaker while listening to the sound. Subwoofer: Adjust the speaker level of the subwoofer while listening to the sound. • If you set the unit to the standby mode, the adjustments you made will be restored to the previous statuses.

QuestionI have a non smart TV. I have cable a Bluray player, a soundbar and Firestick . My TV has only 1 HDMI in and 1 output. The Firestick programs only have sound through the cheesy TV speakers and not the soundbar. Will this receiver solve my problem.

- Answer Receiver can be used at 6 ohms at 100 watts or 8 ohms st 80 watts. I would use all 8 ohm speakers.

- Answer Just a quick setup guide with the unit. Full manual can be down loaded from the manufacturers website. It does come with a remote.
