Q: QuestionDoes this have HDMI 2.1? See it is showing compatible with the new generation consoles but do not see it showing which HDMI ports it has.

Q: QuestionZone B does it need an amplifier to work the extra speakers

• A:Answer Hello FE, You can do either speaker terminals for the Zone B or you have the option of connecting a separate amp to power the zone B speakers. When you use the terminals on the receiver you are then reducing the main configuration from 5.1 to a 3.1. But if you were to get a separate amp to power the zone separately the main room can stay as a 5.1 setup. Thank you Onkyo

• A:Answer I don't use Google Assistant or Alexa, but I vcan tell you when I turn off the tv using a remote, the receiver also turns off. So, my assumption is that it should work with voice commands as well.

Q: QuestionCan I use my Onkyo NR5100receiver in a home theater setup by connecting with HDMI to my Samsung MU63001 through HDMI2 instead of by HDMI1 ARC without any loss of functionality?

• A:Answer Hello Javaman, You can use any of the HDMI inputs on the tv to be connected from the receiver’s output. Just make sure that you select that input on the tv to get the sources video that is hooked up to the receiver to display. Thank you Onkyo

• A:Answer Hello Greg, The TXNR5100 has the ability of receiving and transmit of Bluetooth. However, it will be either or, it can't do both. So if you want to use your bluetooth headphones then within the menu of the receiver you would have to set the receiver to Bluetooth Transmitter ON(TX). But if you want to send a Bluetooth source to the receiver then you would have to turn off the transmitter to receive the bluetooth source to play through the speakers. Thank you Onkyo
