• No, the heads that come with the toothbrush are not soft. You need to buy them separately. I bought soft ones from Amazon and they work great.

• The original is kind of soft for me but you can buy different ones. I personally buy the flosser ones because they are stiffer and not soft so you can buy them separately if not soft enough
