• As far as I know the DVR is only on the one device. I’m not aware of a way to make it whole home.

• No -- one box per TV. Although I kept Orby for local channels only [$12/mo), I switched to YouTube TV (for $50/mo) because it includes a lot more channels, including Fox News and ALL the major sports channels, and an UNLIMITED cloud DVR!
