- Answer Fantastic news, Hallmark on channel 121 and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on channel 122 were added the last week of August 2019 and their both in the Essentials and Extras packages.

- Answer As long a you have a minimum of the $40 Essentials package, you can add any or all optional HBO, Cinemax, Starz or EPIX. Also $10.00 a month just locals with DVR service doesn’t count as a base package for HBO, CONEMAX, STARZ or EPIX.

- Answer As of July 10 2019 that network is not available. Lifetime, Lifetime Movies and LRW are available. It’s my understanding that they are negotiating for more channels so keep checking their website. More channels have been added since it started.

- Answer Yes, if it’s a regular FTA dish with a Ku linear lnb or the new ORBY Tv self installation dish. No, If your current dish is Directv or Dish Network.

- Answer There has been some reported success on a satellite forum with the use use of the slim line version of your branded dish and the proper lnbf . You will need to repoint your dish for 116.8 West and experiment with the mounting location on your assembly. Please update us on your method and outcome.

- Answer The orbytv lineup includes local channels as well as TNT, TBS, BBC America, OWN, Lifetime, Discovery, Science, Food Network, MTV, BET, Cartoon Network, Nick and multiple others. The channels vary by package, (essential package, extras and premium channels), and Orby tv has a list of which channels go with each package. Hallmark isn't listed.

QuestionI live in the Smoky Mountains where I have a southern exposure for Satellite reception, but mountains and distance will not allow good reception of the "air antenna". Can I still get enough stations from the Satellite, to justify the expense of Orby TV?

- Answer Yes, it gets attached outside. And it can be put on the balcony of an apartment building if: 1> you have landlord permission 2> your balcony has a clear line of sight to the southern sky

- Answer Simply opt not to pay for programming. You pay for each month in advance. You own the equipment so you can still watch local channels and use the guide for free. Plus, you can start up paid programming again any time you want with no fee.

- Answer Today is July 31 and Orby TV has a special for free install for the first room (it is usually $25). So if you buy a receiver at Best Buy for $100, you just go to the Orby TV site to schedule install. Total out of pocket is $100. That includes the dish, antenna, installation, wiring, everything. Orby TV installers bring the dish and antenna. Each additional room install costs $50 plus the cost of a receiver (or DVR).

- Answer I haven't had issues, but from what I was told. There maybe a problem with satellite stations, but there shouldn't be with the over-the-air ones. According to the installer, I was told that the over-the-air should work no matter what.

- Answer I have orbytv. It's easy to add extra receivers. You will need another splitter much like the one that comes with the self install kit. If you are adding all 4 receivers then you need a 4 way splitter. Run your cable (I recommend RG6) to the rooms you want the orby. Any outside cable connections be sure to use dielectric grease (get at any auto parts store) and put it in the threads of the cable. This will keep moisture out of the connection and help prevent signal loss. Then hook up your orby receivers, add them to your account and now you have 4 TV's with orby at 40 or 50 bucks per month.
