Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ive been washing the whole griddle for years, submerged the plug and all, i then put the plug end down to drip dry and then i dry the whole griddle and put it away. Ive never had any problems doing it that way. It will dry by the next time you use it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The griddle cannot be submerged in water. To clean your griddle follow these instructions. 1 Unplug and allow to cool before cleaning. 2 Remove TEMPERATURE CONTROL PROBE. DO NOT IMMERSE TEMPERATURE CONTROL PROBE or Griddle IN liquids. 3 Wipe with damp cloth and dry thoroughly. 4 Remove DRIP TRAY and discard contents. 5 The Griddle , DRIP TRAY and WARMING TRAY are NOT dishwasher safe. You may wash them with hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Thank you!
