“Power supply our adaptor is model AC/DC , class 2, power supply, model YL-35-060080D input 120v output 6v. Can we used the opener with its adaptor in South america? Or we need another adaptor? thank you”

• All of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend the use of voltage converters or transformers because the discrepancy between voltages will alter the functionality of the products.
