I had a crack on mine, go to the otterbox website at the top right of the screen is SUPPORT. In the drop down is WARRANTY. Select the item and information to where and when purchased. They will ship out a replacement.

But it’s important to remember to bring the screen protector still on your phone to show proof that you actually cracked the screen protector and it’s on your phone. They will the. Take the cracked one from you and give you the new one which you can grab off the shelf where you originally grabbed the one to purchased.
