How do you open this case to install an iPhone 11? null

First off remember this particular case is actually three separate pieces there’s a plastic shell inside a rubber case wich clips onto a belt clip so peel of the rubber case of the plastic shell open shell place phone and reverse the disassemble instructions and place into plastic belt clip

Bestbuy installed the protective box on my phone. Have to ask the geek squad.

It's made up of 3 parts. There's a whole rubber piece around 2 plastic pieces that click together. Remove the outer rubber part by pushing lightly on the frame around where the camera goes. It will definitely be tough but it can be done! Once you've removed that, the 2 plastic pieces have to be taken apart (front and back) but undoing the tabs on each side. Just pull it apart but do be careful not to snap the plastic in half. Rest your phone in the back piece and snap on the plastic front piece. Then fit it snugly back into the rubber outer piece. Again, it will be tight but doable. I hope this helps!!
