how do you get it open to put the phone inside null

Unfortunately, I've been unable to get the case open so I'm taking it to the store for them to install it for me. It's a huge drawback that it's so difficult to open the case.

First remove outside rubber case by peeling back .after rubber piece is off you can get to the small Clips around the outside of it all you have to do is go along the outside and gently pull out on the clips. Place the phone in the back and reseal the front, then wrap the rubber piece around the case. Very simple once you've done it once or twice

Peel the rubber backing off first and then gently pull the plastic pieces apart.

It comes with excellent instructions and also an excellent customer support.

Slip off the rubber sides then pull apart the hard plastic then insert the phone in

You have to pull the rubber part of the case away from the plastic. The plastic part is made of two peices, front and back. There are several clips that hold them together that you have to pull apart. Put the phone inside, snap the plastic peices together, put the rubber back over it. It is time consuming, so getting it wet is a pain.

There are several you tube videos. It does take a little effort but it's with the peace of mind!!

You have to work the rubber coating off first easiest way is to open the jack ports and you can then work the rubber off, after that you will see the plastic case it has snap spots on it go around them opening them and the case will open.

Pull open the tab where you would place the charger, pull down to pull off the outside protection rubber. To remove the case, holding the case as you would your phone, unsnap the case by lifting each clasp.

Carefully roll back a corner edge of the top left corner of the case from the front side. Continue gently pushing on the back side of the case while rolling edges off of the front to seperate the case. Place phone face down in front portion & reinstall the back half.

There are 3 parts. First take off the rubber boot. Then the inner jacket has 4 latches to separate the halves. It takes fingernails to do it right.
