Without a Geek Squad plan I don't believe they will even be able to help you at Best Buy. However, with one they might be able to look up in their online parts replacement for one (if it still exists), and you might be able to replace it that way. Otherwise Samsung support would have to help you out in trying to replace it. Am sure they have a number for it on their on their website. Good luck!

I can't provide details but when I lost mine, my boyfriend quickly found a replacement online. He finds everything online. He didn't remember my phone was silver and purchased a black tipped S pen but it looks fine and works great.
