The phone sits in a cradle made of heavy duty plastic. The middle clip locks in where phone locks on pro. Very easy to remove with a twist but very secure when locked in.

And as far as removing your phone from the clip you just add pressure on the phone by pressing it down on the side that is facing you and push outwards of the clamp.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is a clip in style. Simply pull the main clip just a tad back and you can remove the phone from the holster. There is a twisting action to the holster so that you can swing the phone either horizontal or vertical while wearing.

Please try again later.It does twist and the clip is also a stand for the phone so you can view games and whatever hands free it comes off easily from the clip matter of fact my puppy chewed the end of my clip I use black electric tape to cover up the scraps and it still works great and look under the package it comes with instructions
