No, this will not fit the iPhone 6s.

I bought the otterox defender case for 7, 8, and SE (2nd) and put it on an iPhone 6s. The cutout for the phone's lens just touches the lens, but works fine. The volume buttons on the side are stiff, but work. I've included a pic of the back of the iPhone 6s in this case.

No, Iphone 6s is lacking dimensions in both axes; so technically, the phone will fit inside the case, but will still rattle and possibly cause internal damage.
