First remove the rubber bumper then gently loosen the clips holding the two plastic halves together and separate
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to take the rubber piece off(just use your nails) then there’s notches around the case that mark areas to open it. You just pull them apart. It might seem like you’re going to break it but that’s normal.

On each side of encasement, there are clips that you need to unhitch. place your finger underneath and lift to it clicks or is unhitched (one side may have two), then it splits into two parts. remove phone.
