“I ordered this case for the 13 Pro Max and the plastic lip of the case for the camera protection is slightly lower than the lenses of the camera so they stick out. Is that right? I notice there is a different part number on otterbox's site for 12 and 13.”

I HAD THE BEST BUY ASSOCIATE CONFIRM THAT I WAS GETTING THE RIGHT ONE. I DITCHED THE BOX BUT IT DEFINITELY SAID 13 PRO MAX. AND IT ALSO GAVE 6.7" WHICH IS THE PRO MAX SIZE. I NOTICED THE LACK OF PROTECTION FROM A FALL AFTERWARDS SO I THEN BOUGHT A SPIGEN GLASTR OPTIK IPHONE 6.7" MODEL AGLO3394 LENS PROTECTOR ON AMAZON. IT PICKS UP WHERE OTTERBOX LEFT OFF. I STILL LIKE THE OTTERBOX.
