Yes, it’s saved my phone on many occasions. It works great for protection if you have a screen protector as well

However, the front glass should still have a glass protector for added protection. I had mine get dropped face down into a puddle of water and a car ran it over. This OtterBox kept the phone from being destroyed and the glass protector I had on it did the job to take any front glass stress/damage to eliminate any damage to the iPhone front glass. No damage to the back of the phone and no water leaked into the case.
