“I have found that on some cases that fit the Apple 8 plus the case covers the spot for the adapter to use the earbuds. How is it on this one?”

Using headphones with this case isn’t bad but when I use my lightning to HDMI adapter I have to take the case off because the lightning part of the adapter is bigger than that of headphones. I’ve not had a problem with headphones and the case before.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Neither the iPhone7 or 8 phones came with a 3.5mm adapter hole in which you could insert the cable from your earbuds or headphones. These phones require the user to utilize wireless earbuds and headphones. Or you can use a much-less expensive option: Insert your earbud or headphone cable into a 3.5mm/lightning short adapter. You can find this adapter in a Best Buy store or on BestBuy.com. Apple also includes this adapter in the boxes of new iPhone 8's.
