• Yes it is and it’s not slippery. The sides of the case are a soft rubber.

• I’m not sure that it’ll mount to your car holder, but it is a MagSafe case and works with my magnetic charger.

• My case has the Mag-Safe magnet built into the case. I don’t have a magnetic holder in my car, but it finds the sweet spot & clings tightly to the disc table top charger.
