You may return any fully functional and undamaged Oura product for any reason within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For exchanges, original orders are limited to one ring size, color, or model change within the same price range. If you have any concerns with your ring, you can also submit support requests through the Oura App and Oura website.

The newer version which is a smooth round ring has the three bumps on the bottom inside of the ring. My jeweler had added something similar to another ring I have to help hold it on (my fingers have always changed size throughout the day) and I’ve not had an issue with it fitting. With that said, the feedback Oura has with the daily readiness score in relation to my goals has been quite effective so I’ve been losing weight and had to change which finger I wear it on. If the ring is loose data can be spotty. Once I switched fingers data was fine again. Hope that helps provide some insight regarding sizing.
