I've had my Oura for two years. It charges just as fast as it did the day I bought it. The charge lasts approximately 5-6 days. I am lazy and let it go till it sends me a message saying it needs a charge. It only takes about 25 minutes to charge it. My lifestyle beats the crap out of this ring. I work with hard core dogs all day 7 days a week. I also train those dogs to work in swimming pools so the ring spends 8 hours a day, two days a week underwater. Only 1-2 feet in depth. It is in a dogs mouth and gets hit by their teeth frequently. I do yard work without gloves. This ring is TOUGH

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A fully charged ring may last up to seven days. Battery life and longevity can vary depending on the age of your ring and how often you use certain features such as Workout Heart Rate, the Explore tab, or Blood Oxygen Sensing. All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan, so their capacity and performance will gradually decline over time. If you ever need to dispose of your Oura Ring, please follow your local guidelines for recycling electronics.
