The Oura Ring is water-resistant up to 100 meters (~330 feet), meaning that you can wear it while showering, swimming, or partaking in recreational diving (e.g., snorkeling), but Oura doesn't recommend wearing Oura Rings while scuba diving or keeping it submerged underwater for over 12 hours.

Think it’s technically considered “water resistant.” Normal swimming, shower, dishes are all fine while wearing the ring.
