My ring size is 4 1/2 to 5. What to do? null

My ring finger is a size 6 but i wouldn't recommend wearing the oura ring on any of your middle fingers so i wear mine on my index finger which is a size 9. And since your fingers tend to swell at night i switch the ring to my second finger.

Buy a kit and try on rings until you find the one. Wear it 24 hours to see how it fits and to decide which finger you want to use. Fingers swell in the night while you sleep, so you'll want to make sure its a comfortable fit. The smallest ring is size 6 (my ring finger is a 3) and I was able to wear the sz 6 on my index finger. $10 for the ring sizer is cheap insurance to make sure you buy the right sized Oura ring, which is expensive.

You really need to wear the Oura ring on your index finger. My engagement ring is a 6 but i neede an 11 for my index finger Hope this helps

Oura ring sizes don’t line up with traditional ring sizes, so you’ll want to get the sizing kit. Also, as a man who wears only a wedding band, I found that the sizing kit also helped me determine on which finger to wear Oura. It’s a bit bulky and I found it uncomfortable on certain fingers. I’d recommend you get the sizing kit and test out different sizes for extended periods of time (a day or two).

Use the size per the directions on the Oura Ring website - fits the finger and doesn't come off easily, not a big gap between ring and finger when you close your hand in a fist movement.

the oura ring sizing isnt like standard ring sizes, I would buy the sizing kit and try on the best fitting size(according to their guidance they have specs they want you to follow to make sure the sensor reads your vitals correctly and is still comfortable.) and wear it for 24 hours since your finger expands and shrinks throughout the day

It is wide, so I would go with the larger size. However, I ordered the sizing kit to figure the best size to fit more than one finger as my water retention changes my finger size.

I wear the same size as you and I had to get a six.

I would go with 5 since they don’t do half sizes and in case your fingers swell throughout the day a size 4 might be too tight.
