So the sizes are generally about the same but according to Oura you should wear it on your index finger and both my wife and had had a two size difference between our ring and index finger so I would suggest getting the sizing kit

Please try again later.The sizes in the Oura Ring Sizing Kit do not conform to standard US ring sizes, so there's no way to determine which size would be best for you without trying on the various ring sizes in the kit. For instance, I can wear a size 7 ring on my thumb, but in this kit, I wore the size 9 on the index finger of my non-dominant hand, and the size 8 on the middle finger of my dominant hand. I did this to make sure the ring had a snug fit, but could be removed easily, too, even with swelling.
