Yes, they suggest to wear it on your index finger, but I chose not to its on my ring finger on my dominant hand. I find that I don't like to wear rings on my index it feels uncomfortable. I was worried I would just take it off and not wear it. I think the goal is to wear the ring. So far I have had no issues with the ring and data gathering.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the question is 'can the Oura Ring be worn on any finger', then the answer is yes, although, per their website, they recommend it be worn on the index or middle finger to minimize excessive banging of the ring, which may interfere with the sensors and data recording. If the answer is about this kit, then yes you can choose to try the sizing discs on any or all fingers to get a feel for whether they'll work for you.
