Yes you can. I have trims under my microwave and they did not have to remove it. They were experience an expert at what they were doing so go they did not damage any trimming. As long is the space for the microwave is 30 inches or more they will be able to do it without destroying any of your trimmings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This was the case for my installation as well. It was removed by technician and new microwave was installed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They will NOT modify the cabinet as in their terms. They will move screw mount holes and reuse existing dusting. They will not change from internal vent to external vent. They will not do other cabinet removal or modifications. It appears your cabinet, or trim was added after the microwave was installed. It's not possible to remove or replace with that trim there. For this reason that trim should have never been added. It will likely be hard to remove the trim with the microwave in place as well. You're in a catch 22 at this point. The trim will likely have to be cut to replace the replace the microwave and will not look as finished when done so. Good luck.
