Can I resale this it’s never been open and I don’t have the receipt for it

Probably, we used it for 2 babies and then gift it for the next newborn in the family and it is still rocking!

Should be able to sell it and have new customer purchase the sock portion. Can reconnect to a new system.

Yes. New socks can be purchased if the new owner doesn’t want to wash the old ones.
