- Answer Cruise controls are not run thru this radio replacement interface/harness and are on a completely separate circuit in the steering wheel/column than the audio controls this unit retains.

- Answer I am not sure but it comes with a lot of different plugins for different lexus models on the same harness you just plug in the 1 for your vehicle but i have a buddy that has a tundra and he got a wire harness for his tundra real easy.
