Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, now that you mention it, the temperature that Air-Fry operates at is not in the manual. We transitioned to this microwave after the convection died on our Samsung. We used to pay attention to the temperature that the particular food (frozen chicken nuggets, fried shrimp, etc.) said when we used convection, but now that we use the air-fry function on the Panasonic, we just follow the times listed in the owners manual. We're still getting used to it but we love the product.
