“Why does my Panasonic 4 in 1 microwave oven continue to run when I open the door? For example, I opened the door in the middle of cooking oatmeal to stir the bowl and it keeps running, even if I press the Stop button.”

I believe it's the cooling fan that is still running.

This happens when you've been using the heating element. For example; Air Fry or Convection modes. It is cooling down the element to prolong the life of the heating element. It says this on the front panel display: "COOLING"
