To resolve the issue with your Blu-ray player, please follow these steps: ensure that your Blu-ray player's firmware is up to date, make sure your Blu-ray player is properly connected to the internet. Test the connection by using another app that requires internet access, uninstall and reinstall the app on your Blu-ray player. Restart the player to see if the issue persists. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset for your player by following these steps: turn the unit on, press and hold the [OPEN/CLOSE] button on the main unit and the [0] button on the remote control simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. "00 RET" will be displayed on the unit’s display. Press the right arrow button on the remote control repeatedly until "08 FIN" is displayed on the unit’s display. Then, press and hold the [OK] button on the remote control for more than 5 seconds. We hope this helps! -C
