- Answer Hi, KX-TG4023N will work with your fax machine. If your fax machine has an answering machine, make sure that the answering machine on your KX-TG4023N has lower ring count than fax machine.

- Answer Hi, All Panasonic fax machines are not fully compatible with VOIP phone systems meaning the results can be intermittent. Your machine may work with a VOIP system but it is not recommended due to latent issues. Fax machines are more compatible with analog signals therefore; having a VOIP system may cause communication errors that can interrupt incoming facsimiles or sending transmissions.

- Answer Yes. 1. Press {MENU} repeatedly to display “PRINT REPORT”. 2. Press {<} or {>} repeatedly to display the "CALLER ID LIST” then press {SET}. To stop printing, press {STOP}.

- Answer Hi, Yes you can add on other phones to be used along with the KXFP215. You can choose any model as long as you just make sure to program the machine accordingly. Hope this helps,

QuestionTurn off Fax while on vacationCan I turnoff the faxing for the Panasonic fax/copier digital answering system, model #KX-FP215, but want to record and listen to phone messages while on vacation. If it is possible to turn off the faxing, then what happens when someone tries to fax something, and will the person know that the fax did not come through? Thank You, Gary

- Answer Hi Gary, There's no permanent way of turning off the fax part of the machine. But once you set it to it's TAM / FAX mode what would happen is that the primary function would be the answering machine and the fax part is just a second function. All callers will hear the answering machine first and if they didn't respond the fax would kick in. And if a person is sending you a fax the unit will automatically turn on the fax part.
