• Hello. In order for a wireless headset to work with the phone system, they need to support the HeadSet Profile specification (HSP) and have at least Bluetooth 2.1. We encourage you to check our Panasonic Telephone Bluetooth Headset Compatibility FAQ, to review the tested headsets for the KX-TG958 series. -G
