Q: QuestionKX-TG4111C cordless phone modelIs the KX-TGA410C the only handset that will go with the KX-TG4111C base unit? The reason I ask is that I'm having trouble getting just the handset (on its own) up in Canada. Someone seems to think that the KX-TGA659C and KX-TGA660C are also alternatives, is this correct?

Q: QuestionKX-TG6672b compatible with KX-TGA630s?I am looking at purchasing a KX-TG672b package. I already have a KX-TG6321s base and three KX-TGA630s handsets. Will the systems work together or do I end up replacing the older TGA630s?

Q: QuestionThe handsets/base continually display\ies "New Voice Mail"This question was answered by stating press and hold down the pound sign till you hear a beep on the handset (mentioned in the manual also) BUT it does not work. The display goes away for 5 min then comes back. I do not have a voice mail anywhere. This phone less than a month old.

• A:Answer Hi Ali, if this message keep coming back, most probably you have voice mail service. For you to make sure, check if you get a stutter tone (series of beep sound) before the dial tone. You can also calling your number using your cellphone the phone is being used. You shou get a busy signal, but if not that means that you have voicemail service.

Q: QuestionThe handsets continually display "New Voice Mail"...The handsets continually display "New Voice Mail" even though it hasn't been configured to link with a cell or check cell voice mail and no messages (new or otherwise) are on the answer device portion of the system. I am absolutely at a loss as to how to clear this message from the handsets.

• A:Answer Hi DB! The handset does not have an intercom button, but as soon as it gets registered to a compatible base, it would have an intercom function. Intercom calls can be done between handset to handset or from base to handset to locate a misplaced cordless phone. Intercom call needs to be answered by the cordless phone to establish conversation between phones. I hope this information helps you.
