QuestionThe picture of this phone seems to be misrepresented. It shows the phones sitting in a silver cradle matching the phones but in actuality, the cradles are cheap white plastic as well as the backs of the phone (same white backing.) I returned mine.

- Answer The stands are silver or stainless. I just now realized that the very bottom is white plastic. This has nothing to do with phone performance and I have no problem with them.

QuestionWell, your answer is different from your Customer Service Agent I talked to yesterday. He said there is only one phone and one base. I would think Best Buy should straighten this problem out so as not to confuse your future customers.

- Answer I was going to use as wall mount but it stuck out really far from the wall and I did not like it so I simply put on my desk. I like the phones very much but not the wall mount.
