Yes the phone can be wall mounted . The adaptor in the box can be used but the only Catch is if your your wall phone plug in plate is old you would need to replace it with a new plug in so the phone Will be flush to the wall . Yes you need to use rechargeable batteries only . Also you can charge the batteries but have to buy a battery charger - cheaper to buy new batteries . You will not need to replace for probably 3 years .
