If you are carrying the phones out of range, if the battery is weak, or if you have a lot of interference (metal plumbing, electrical, appliances, other radio waves) between the base & handset or possibly just something interfering with the phone itself since the FCC requires that household items like this must accept interference, those are the only reasons I could understand the dropped calls. (My parents actually have issues using cell phones & cordless phones in their master bathroom, for instance. It’s believed that all of the water pipes and wiring make it difficult for them to get the signal, but it doesn’t happen anywhere else inside of their home. Other than those possibilities, I’d have your telephone company check your wires OR exchange the set for the exact same set go see if you have a faulty component.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi! If this happens at a specific interval(5 minutes into the call or 10 minutes, etc), we would recommend performing a reset to the phone by unplugging the cables and the telephone cable, for 1 minute, and also remove the batteries from all the handsets. Check if this happens on all handsets, speakerphone and base. If the issue continues, please contact the provider to check with them, and if they cannot find anything wrong, please contact the Support Team via Live Chat on the Panasonic Website, Contact Us option, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST. -A
