Hello, thank you for contacting us! Our POWERCAP Hats & Beanies can be washed, but they need to be hand washed and not machine washed. Washing instructions for them are to before washing, first remove the batteries. Hand wash warm, separately without bleach. Line dry for at least 24 hours, then replace the batteries when dry. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.oh. well, I have yet to wash my beenie. I would NOT put into a washing machine. I just plan on hand washing. it is an excellent buy and product. I have purchased several in multiple colors for myself and to give as gifts. Because its for outdoor use, yes it can take some moisture- but not something like dropping into a washing machine. I hope this helps...
